There is a lot of information out there regarding cancer. Sometimes this information can be conflicting and we get mixed messages which cause confusion. Much of the information regarding diet and cancer prevention can be inaccurate or misleading and it can be hard to tell fact from fiction. As you go through this quiz you can test your knowledge regarding the dietary risk factors for cancer and we will try and clarify what research has shown up until now.

Your diet is the best possible way to get naturally occurring nutrients. 32% of the sample surveyed believed that taking multi-vitamins protect against cancer. 65% were unsure.
