Sun/Sunbeds

Ultraviolet (UV) rays from sunlight and sunbeds increases your risk of cancer. Remember:

  • Avoid too much sun exposure, especially children.
  • Never get sunburn.
  • Do not use sunbeds.
  • For best protection seek shade, cover up, wear sunglasses and use appropriate sunscreen
